  This place is very popular and usually quite busy. I would recommend booking a table, if your have your heart set on visiting Penny Whistlers for breakfast/ lunch. The view from the tables near the front is amazing; lovely seascape and park setting. The staff were very accommodating and our order was taken promptly. They have a great tea selection too. Really recommend this for tea lovers. The food is very fresh and modern. Great selection of breakfast and lunch. All day breakfast is served here too. The only let down was that we waited about 40 mins for our meals. The restaurant was full, but I would have expected the staff to let us know if the wait was going to be that long. Its also quite noisy inside, but when it's full, that's what happens. Overall, it's a great spot, but can be a little busy.

  We went here for breakfast and then back the same day for dinner. Both meals were absolutely perfect. The Seafood Mocequa is one of the best things I have ever eaten. Have been dreaming about it ever since. The service was a bit average in the morning, but the dinner service was fine. Would definitely go back here. Soon I hope. :)
